About The Position

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in our airport location. This is a full time position with a starting rate of pay $19.00 / hour based on a 40 hour work week. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management
  • Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service
  • Must have a valid US drivers license
  • Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
  • Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partners
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Provide directions and general assistance
  • Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
  • Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
