Requirements
- No experience required, paid training provided

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

- Applicants must currently reside in Ontario, Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule appointments for our environmental technicians and installation specialists
- Confirm, update, and manage appointment schedules
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing our company
