As a Customer & Technical Services Administrator at GRC Surgical, you will facilitate the delivery of optimum service to our customers by supporting The Operations, Customer Service & Technical Services Administration Manager and sales team with order entry, general sales administration, finance, operational and technical support services in GRC. To excel in this role, you will need a unique blend of experience, skills, and personal attributes that align with GRC Surgical’s values and mission. Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and disseminate technical information effectively.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer orders and enquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues and challenges, including technical inspections and service.
  • Work with the sales team to support backorder management and ETAs, keeping the team updated on any service or delivery issues and customer feedback.
  • Assist with the setup of new customers in the system, data entry, invoicing, and financial reports when required.
  • Support inventory and stock take.
  • Support and maintain control of GRC Assets – Loan/Demo/FA management database.
