CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)

Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, auditing markets, and assisting with POS/Kiosk training. Canteen brings break time to everyone. Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Clean driving record
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
- Ensures stores are properly stocked, rotated, cleaned, and organized to company standards.
- Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
- Ensures that all marketing, wellness and signage are current and in place.
- Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
- Drive a company vehicle safely to client locations.
- Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
- Ensures all POS/Kiosk units are properly working and assist with customer training and account set-up.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
