The schedule is full-time, requiring an 8-hour shift within store hours (Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM), with rotating days off. The pay ranges from $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on performance. As a Customer Advocate, you will be the face of Vision Ford Lincoln, managing the entire customer experience for both walk-in and appointment-based shoppers. The focus is on a customer-first, low-pressure vehicle buying experience, as negotiation and pricing are handled by Sales Management. The role operates on the Vision H.E.A.R.T. standard: Hear, Empathize, Act, Relate, Trust. The ideal candidate enjoys making genuine connections, offering honest advice, and ensuring customers leave feeling confident, cared for, and excited.
