About The Position

The Customer Advocate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that meet or exceed customer objectives. This role involves creating clear and attainable project objectives, building project requirements, and managing constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality. The advocate will develop the overall project plan, manage project operations, and oversee project stakeholders, team members, risk, schedule, budget, and conflicts. Ensuring team members understand and execute their roles, meeting production schedules, and effectively utilizing system resources are key aspects of this position. Additionally, the role requires coordinating the resolution of production-related problems and fostering strong relationships with customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (preferred) OR TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph
  • Master’s degree and minimum 10 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 13 years, as a substitute for the Master’s degree.
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills.

  • DoD and IC experience desired.
