About The Position

Customer Advocate – Full‑Time (Remote) at Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS). This role is 100% remote and designed for individuals seeking stability, purpose, and the freedom to work from home without sacrificing professional growth. The Customer Advocate will be a supportive voice helping members navigate healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits, handling 50–70 interactions per day. The environment is structured and fast-paced, requiring empathy, technical skill, real-time system navigation, accurate documentation, Microsoft Office proficiency, clear communication, and process consistency and compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication
  • Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
