Illumio is seeking a Customer Advocacy & Communications Manager to amplify the voice of our customers and strengthen engagement across the customer lifecycle. This role will lead and scale our customer advocacy program while also owning strategic customer communications that inform, engage, and inspire our customer base. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing & Corporate Marketing to elevate customer stories, drive third-party validation, and deliver clear, compelling communications that reinforce customer value and loyalty.
