As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll answer calls from Best Buy Health customers and their caregivers. Topics include billing, service plans, account changes, basic technology troubleshooting, and health and safety services (e.g., 24/7 urgent response). You’ll need to manage multiple applications, update electronic records and provide accurate documentation. To succeed in this role, you must use active listening to understand and resolve customers’ needs. This role is hybrid, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to our Best Buy Health office in San Antonio TX. You may be asked to come into the office up to 3 days per week.
