About The Position

Join Quill, a valuable part of the Staples family of brands, as an Inside Sales Representative focused on reactivating and growing existing customers. You’ll work 100% company-provided customer contacts, engaging customers who already have a relationship with Quill but haven’t ordered recently. Your role is to reconnect, drive new orders, and expand revenue within enterprise accounts. This is a strong opportunity for recent graduates starting a sales career, early-career professionals building sales experience, experienced sellers looking for structured pipeline and earning potential, or those looking for a career transition from customer service or other customer-facing roles with a desire to move into a sales career.

  • 1+ years B2B sales or B2B service experience
  • Experience meeting sales or productivity goals (metrics / KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to inactive customers (7+ months)
  • Re-engage and convert non-ordering locations within existing accounts
  • Prospect additional locations tied to enterprise customers
  • Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and generate quotes
  • Use customer data to identify upsell opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and internal sales teams
