About The Position

We are currently hiring motivated individuals interested in gaining professional experience in customer acquisition, communication, and leadership development. Our team partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to help expand their supporter base through professional outreach campaigns. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience introducing nonprofit initiatives to the public and contributing to the growth of active campaigns.
Role Overview
As a Customer Outreach Associate, you will develop skills in:
Customer acquisition and community outreach
Professional communication and presentation
Campaign operations and organizational support
Team collaboration and leadership development

Requirements

• Comfortable communicating face-to-face with new people
• Professional, reliable, and positive in all interactions
• Interested in building communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Team-oriented and motivated to learn and grow professionally
• No prior experience is required — we provide full training and mentorship for success.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community outreach tables and local events
• Engage with the public to introduce nonprofit initiatives and campaigns
• Answer questions and provide detailed information about programs and goals
• Maintain a professional and positive presence at outreach locations
• Participate in regular team training and professional development sessions
