About The Position

We are currently hiring motivated individuals interested in gaining professional experience in customer acquisition, communication, and leadership development. This is an entry-level opportunity to grow your skills while supporting nonprofit organizations and making a meaningful impact in the community. Our team partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to help expand their supporter base through professional outreach campaigns. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience introducing nonprofit initiatives to the public and contributing to the growth of active campaigns. Role Overview As a Customer Outreach Associate, you will develop skills in: Customer acquisition and community outreach Professional communication and presentation Campaign operations and organizational support Team collaboration and leadership development

Requirements

  • Interested in building communication, sales, and leadership skills
  • Team-oriented and motivated to learn and grow professionally
  • No prior experience is required — we provide full training and mentorship for success.

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit partners at community outreach tables and local events
  • Engage with the public to introduce nonprofit initiatives and campaigns
  • Answer questions and provide detailed information about programs and goals
  • Maintain a professional and positive presence at outreach locations
  • Participate in regular team training and professional development sessions
