This role focuses on maintaining accurate account information, assisting customers with inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to support ongoing service needs. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple accounts while delivering consistent customer support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and email applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide account-related assistance in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
  • Monitor account activity and ensure proper documentation is completed
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account issues or service requests
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining existing accounts
  • Follow up with customers regarding account status or outstanding items
  • Support administrative tasks related to account management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
