Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service, account management, or insurance experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a professional approach
  • Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time efficiently

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients through attentive, consistent service
  • Support customers with policy updates, billing questions, claims assistance, and coverage reviews
  • Perform regular outreach to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage to best serve each client
  • Clearly explain insurance products while adhering to industry compliance standards
  • Manage client interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems, ensuring thorough documentation
  • Work closely with other team members to accomplish agency goals and provide a seamless client experience
