This role is a growth-focused opportunity at the intersection of fintech, payments, and customer success. As a Customer Account Manager, you will partner with senior finance, accounting, and IT leaders, guiding them through their ongoing digital transformation journey while expanding their use of Versapay’s payments and AR automation solutions. You will own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, building long-term relationships, identifying new value opportunities, and collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to unlock expansion. You will have deep support from CSMs, Product Experts, Solution Consultants, and leadership to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and measurable growth for Versapay.
