This role is a growth-focused opportunity at the intersection of fintech, payments, and customer success. The Customer Account Manager will partner with senior finance, accounting, and IT leaders, guiding them through their digital transformation journey and expanding their use of Versapay's solutions. The role involves owning and growing a portfolio of existing customers, building long-term relationships, identifying new value opportunities, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers to unlock expansion. Support will be provided by CSMs, Product Experts, Solution Consultants, and leadership.
