About The Position
ManageCasa is seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager who combines strong customer relationship skills with a proven ability to sell and upsell SaaS products. This role is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, helping customers gain greater value from the ManageCasa platform, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of our products and services. The ideal candidate understands customer needs, communicates product value clearly, and turns strong relationships into long-term retention and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, SaaS sales, or a related role.
- Proven success selling and upselling software products to existing customers.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer lifecycle.
- Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to the right product solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to explain technical product features in clear, business-focused language.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple customer accounts and opportunities.
- Experience with CRM and account-management tools.
Nice To Haves
- Property management, HOA, or community association industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing ManageCasa customers.
- Understand each customer’s business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Help customers use ManageCasa and Minii AI more effectively.
- Communicate the platform’s features, benefits, and business value.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products, features, services, and account upgrades.
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, account reviews, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, product adoption, and account health.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering teams.
- Proactively reduce churn and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, and revenue information in the CRM.
- Meet account retention, upselling, and revenue-growth targets.
