Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or insurance roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Friendly, client-centered attitude and professional approach
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with our clients through attentive service and regular communication
  • Provide knowledgeable support for policy updates, billing inquiries, claims processes, and coverage reviews
  • Conduct client outreach to ensure satisfaction, retention, and to address evolving insurance needs
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or policy options that best serve each client
  • Clearly communicate insurance products while maintaining compliance with industry standards
  • Document client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems for seamless service and continuity
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding agency-wide client experience
