About The Position

Accenture Flex is a fixed-duration, project-based employment program through Accenture. The Custom Software Engineer develops custom software solutions, designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems and applications. The role uses modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. The engineer is expected to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and solve problems for the immediate team and across teams. Advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger is required. Advanced proficiency in Oracle Exadata Database Service OCI Multicloud is recommended; advanced proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials Accounts Payable, Oracle GoldenGate, and Oracle Fixed Assets is suggested. The role is onsite with the client three days per week in Jersey City, New Jersey, or Charlotte, North Carolina. Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, reducing or eliminating travel demands.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle Fusion Cloud, General Ledger, Accounts Payables, and Fixed Assets.
Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis, software design, and development.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Financials in a corporate environment.
Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Exadata database, and ETL processes development experience.
Associate degree.
Advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Advanced proficiency in Oracle Exadata Database Service OCI Multicloud is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials Accounts Payable, Oracle GoldenGate, and Oracle Fixed Assets is suggested.
