About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Custom Software Engineer for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role develops custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. The engineer is expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage a team, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and solve problems within and across teams. The position requires 60% onsite client work (three days per week) in the Charlotte, North Carolina, or New Jersey area. Accenture Flex employees work onsite at projects in their local metro area, reducing or eliminating travel demands.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of work experience.
- Master proficiency in Core Java.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work onsite with the client 60% of the time (three days per week) in the Charlotte, NC, or New Jersey area.
