Requirements
- 6+ years' work experience
- Master proficiency in Core Java
- 100% onsite client work in the Charlotte, NC or New Jersey area
- Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities
- Developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications.
- Utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Applying deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet project requirements.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of software solutions.
- Analyzing complex problems and developing innovative approaches to improve system performance and reliability.
- Supporting continuous improvement by sharing expertise and providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Contributing to the refinement of development processes and promoting best practices within the team.
