About The Position

Now Hiring Custom Protection Officers to work in the areas of Homestead- Coral Gables, FL! As an Custom Protection Officer Residential Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

Valid Florida Security License D License
U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge); or
Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate); or
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice (120 College Credits on Official Transcripts)
Be at least 21+ years of age
Required, ability to use a computer or tablet
Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
