This part-time position focuses on building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The role involves assisting customers in shopping the store, ensuring they find what they need, and maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. The Custom Picture Framer is expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, embrace personal design principles to build customer relationships and achieve sales and production goals, and complete framing orders with high quality and on time. Responsibilities also include maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, delivering friendly customer service, supporting shrink and safety programs, and participating in truck un-loads and stocking processes. The role requires operating a cash register and executing cash handling to standards, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other assigned duties.
