Custom Metals Sales Estimator
About The Position
Patriot Custom Metals is one of the nation's leading custom metals operations. We fabricate architectural custom screening, ornamental custom works and a wide range of decorative, architectural and highly visible fabrications. Our work can be found across the United States, including Tesla, NASA and MGM Grand Casino just to name a few. As a Custom Metals Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for designing, estimating and submitting proposals for products based on company-supplied leads. This requires blue print interpretation, scope take-offs, design, estimating and preparation of the proposal. Following the sale, you will continue your relationship with the customer in providing all submittals and change orders for changes in scope. After the sale, you will team with your project managers staff to see the project through to completion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction and/or fabrication industry.
- Understands and can perform all aspects of the estimation and proposal process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and develop positive working relationships with customers and team members.
