The team member will assist customers in navigating the store and finding desired products, while also maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment. Key activities include adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), executing company programs, embracing personal design principles to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals, completing framing orders with quality and timeliness, and maintaining the ready-made frame department. The role also involves delivering friendly customer service, supporting shrink and safety programs, interacting positively with colleagues, participating in truck unloads and stocking, operating the cash register with proper cash handling, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other assigned duties.
