About The Position

This role focuses on building customer relationships and creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The associate will assist customers in shopping the store and ensuring they find what they need, while also maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. The position involves delivering sales and production results through personalized customer service and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

Basic computer skills
Basic measuring skills
Ability to operate framing equipment
Ability to operate a glass cutter

Responsibilities

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs for compliance and execution of policies.
Build customer relationships and create Custom Framing solutions using Elevated ABC Deliver.
Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with shopping and product location, and ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Interact positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values.
Participate in truck un-load and stocking processes.
Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
Assist with Omni channel processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
