The associate is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment, adhering to standard operating procedures, and executing company programs. A key aspect of the role is embracing the 'Elevated ABC Deliver' to build customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions, sales, and production results. The associate will also complete framing orders with quality and timeliness, maintain the ready-made frame department, and assist with other assigned areas. Providing friendly customer service, ensuring the store is well-merchandised and stocked, and supporting shrink and safety programs are also core functions. The role requires interaction with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting organizational values, and serving as a role model. Responsibilities include participating in truck unloads and stocking, operating the cash register with proper cash handling, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other assigned duties.
