The Custom Frame Manager is responsible for leading and coaching a team of framers to build customer relationships and create framing solutions for their art, while also driving custom framing sales. This role involves assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The manager will develop selling behaviors, achieve KPIs, manage workload, and oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs. They will also serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), assist with team member development, and partner with other MODs daily. The role requires interaction with others in a positive and respectful manner, promoting organizational values, and serving as a role model. Additionally, the manager will participate in truck unloads and stocking, follow SOPs, assist customers, and perform other duties as assigned.
