About The Position
Our Custom Fabricators are responsible for fabricating complex, close tolerance quality plastic parts and provide assistance and expertise to production fabricators. This individual will have a high priority for safety, pay close attention to details, and have at least one year of production fabrication experience. This is a 2nd shift position (3pm-11pm) with a $2/hour shift differential.
Requirements
- Requires a high school education or GED.
- Requires a minimum of one year of production fabricating experience.

Responsibilities
- Operates a variety of plastic fabrication equipment to produce plastic parts and products using instructions, drawings, specifications and following established procedures.
- Works from instructions to make fixtures using plastic material or wood to hold material in place or form material during production.
- Assists in setup of equipment to meet close tolerance requirements.
- Assembles parts using a variety of procedures such as drilling or gluing.
- Inspects parts for accuracy and prepares for transport to the next production process or to packaging.
