About The Position

Southern Lumber and Millwork Corp. is seeking experienced carpenters to join their growing door shop. This is an opportunity to build beautiful custom pieces for homes, including doors, gates, windows, arches, and trusses. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, crafting custom millwork, and a desire to learn both traditional craftsmanship and new technologies. The role requires a coachable, team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail and time management skills. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with overtime hours available weekly. This is a year-round position.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of custom woodworking (Required)
• Experience in reading draftsmen blueprints
• Experience crafting custom millwork
• Must be coachable
• Must be a team player
• Must use time wisely
• Attention to detail
