About The Position

As a Custom Applicator, you will gain hands-on experience and skills by primarily operating a sprayer or airflow equipment to safely apply crop protection and nutrient products for our farmer customers. Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License and a Class A CDL with necessary endorsements and maintain commercial insurability.
• Able to lift moderate to heavy (60 pounds) items on a regular basis, climb ladders, and work near moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate sprayer or airflow equipment to safely apply crop protection and nutrient products for farmer customers.
• Operate field application equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and blending equipment.
• Work additional hours during the busy season, including evenings and weekends.
