We are seeking a dedicated Custom Applicator to join our team. This role involves professional application of agricultural products, equipment maintenance, and assisting with various location duties to ensure outstanding service to our customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
Strong communication and basic mathematical abilities.
Problem-solving skills with attention to safety and efficiency.
Class A CDL with endorsements (ATX).
Pesticide license as required by management.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
Exposure to various environmental conditions, including extreme weather and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

Accurately apply chemicals, liquid fertilizers, dry fertilizers, and anhydrous ammonia.
Maintain application equipment in excellent condition and adhere to high standards.
Minimize application complaints and provide courteous customer service.
Deliver LP gas, liquid fuels, and oil products.
Perform service tasks such as LP tank setups and fuel pump maintenance.
Keep facilities and equipment clean, safe, and in optimal working condition.
Prepare equipment for seasonal demands.
Assist with crop, energy, structures, and grain operations.
Support inventory management, product delivery, and sales efforts.
