About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and mechanically minded individual who enjoys a variety of work, operating equipment, and building strong customer relationships. This position offers paid in-house CDL and equipment training and the opportunity to support agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. You'll work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where duties change with the season, providing a wide range of experiences and opportunities to learn and grow. Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
• Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment
• Support agronomy, propane, and fuel operations
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Perform duties that change with the season
