About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual to join their team as a Custom Applicator & Operations. This role involves working outdoors, operating various agricultural equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers in-house paid training for a CDL with endorsements and equipment operation. Responsibilities will vary based on the season and include assisting with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Requirements

• Some mechanical aptitude
• Enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Able to stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of agriculture equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with agronomy operations.

• Perform equipment maintenance.
