About The Position
AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual to join their team as a Custom Applicator & Operations. This role involves working outdoors, operating various agricultural equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers in-house paid training for a CDL with endorsements and equipment operation. Responsibilities will vary based on seasonal demands and include assisting with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Requirements
- Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
- Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Able to stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.

Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of agriculture equipment.
