This position is responsible for directly, and through staff, managing and supporting the Incoming Account Transfer process via the Automated Customer Account Transfer (ACAT) system. This role also oversees a dedicated team responsible for the delivery and ongoing maintenance of all accounts exiting U.S. Bank. This position is accountable for building and sustaining high‑quality service and effective securities operations in support of all internal and external partners involved in the account transfer process. The ACAT Manager actively drives innovation and continuous process improvement to strengthen account transfer capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and consistently deliver against established service‑level objectives for business partners. Results are achieved through the effective leadership and development of staff ranging from non‑exempt associates to exempt professionals. The role administers corporate policies and procedures, ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and actively manages operational risk. Additionally, the ACAT Manager participates in departmental budgeting and is accountable for expense management while contributing to the achievement of departmental net income and performance goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in trust and securities operational functions
  • Three to five years of management experience
