To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing The Operations Specialist role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and efficient processing of wire transfer request, and exception handling of wires failing validations including but not limited to Account Posting errors, Duplicate wires, Insufficient funds, Routing Repairs, and System or business function holds while upholding compliance with internal controls and procedures. The role uses judgement regarding priorities and approaches to obtain complete and accurate information to improve their understanding of the issue and resolve the exception accurately and timely. The role requires strong technical and system knowledge to analyze data to ensure quality assurance to maintain customer satisfaction. In addition, the role provides support of day-to-day operations, which may require extended hours during system disruptions or special project implementations.
