About The Position

The Custodian is responsible for completing all janitorial duties wherever needed, in a complete and timely manner. This role will primarily work at the Mason Shoe Outlet Store with occasional work at Mason's Fulfillment Centers and/or Corporate Office. The role will be required to work 27 hours per week, with a preferred shift of Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 11:30 AM.

Requirements

High School diploma, or equivalent
Must have, and maintain, a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
Requires normal hearing and sight on a continuous basis
Must be able to continuously lift to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally team lift up to 50 pounds
Requires frequent reaching above shoulders, at shoulder height and below shoulders
Ability to perform repetitive tasks which require the continuous use of one or both hands
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of an eight-hour shift
Ability to sit/drive for an average of two hours of an eight-hour shift daily

Emptying trash
Emptying recycling
Cleaning up to 9 bathrooms (toilets, floor, replenishing soap, paper towel, toilet paper, personal hygiene products)
Cleaning all walls, including stalls
Cleaning sinks/vanity
Using a Floor Sweeper
Carpet stain extraction and general cleaning
Washing inside of windows and screens
Dusting window ledges, heaters, chairs etc.
Cleaning break room floors, surfaces (counter tops, sinks), and maintaining basic cleanliness of breakroom equipment
Emptying and wiping down cigarette butt cans, outside doors and by picnic table
Cleaning break room refrigerators as requested
