About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within the LEGOLAND Discovery Center. The custodian will ensure floors are clean, restrooms are stocked, and spills are handled promptly. They will operate custodial tools and equipment, assist with opening and closing routines, and support the technical team when necessary. Additionally, they will identify and report maintenance needs.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of cleaning experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A fun, dynamic, friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivation skills.
• Self-motivated, whether flying solo or teaming up with fellow crew members.
• Flexible schedule: Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will start early before the attraction is open to guests.

Responsibilities

• Keep floors gleaming, restrooms stocked, and spills handled.
• Operate custodial tools and equipment with confidence and care.
• Assist with opening/closing routines.
• Jump in with the technical team when needed.
• Spot and report maintenance needs.
