We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Temporary Custodian (PT or FT). The custodian will be responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean. Please note that all applicants must undergo a pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as well as a comprehensive background check.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
- Basic computer skills are required.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer one year of experience providing custodial and maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Regularly sweeps, mops, dusts, and vacuums residential units, offices, hallways, stairs, and restrooms, including conference and break rooms.
- Cleans snow and debris from sidewalks, mows lawns, trims hedges, removes weeds, rakes leaves, and disposes of yard waste.
- Performs minor and routine painting and other needed maintenance.
- Helps in remodeling all facilities.
- Notifies supervisor of needed repairs/replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
- Coordinates with the supervisor on supply ordering and restocking.
Benefits
- Rate : $18.63 per hour.
