About The Position

We are hiring a Custodian to join our weekday team. The role is responsible for the daily "look and feel" of the campus, ensuring pristine floors and spotless restrooms. We provide written procedures to follow and emphasize collaboration within a supportive crew that communicates professionally and helpfully.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable speaking and writing clearly.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read safety manuals (SDS) to keep yourself and others safe.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Courteous and professional with coworkers and guests.
• Able to stand/walk for 2 hours at a time.
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Able to handle the physical nature of the job (bending, reaching, using ladders, and equipment).
• A Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) background screen is required for this role.

• 6 months of housekeeping experience.
