About The Position

We are looking for a dependable Custodian to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our dealership. The Custodian is responsible for ensuring all areas of the dealership are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This includes showroom floors, offices, restrooms, and service areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain showroom floors, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Restock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness standards
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and entryways
• Maintain cleanliness of service bays and customer waiting areas
• Report maintenance or repair issues to management
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
