About The Position

This is a part-time custodial position performing cleaning duties during home games at the GoMart Ballpark in Charleston, West Virginia. The role involves keeping the premises in a clean and orderly condition within an outdoor ballpark setting. Requirements

• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work varied shifts, including day and evening shifts, as well as weekends
• Ability to stand, walk
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Judgment must be used if items weigh over 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months experience and/or training
• Prior custodial experience

Responsibilities

• Emptying of trash cans and cleaning/emptying ashtrays
• Cleaning of restrooms, including all sinks, toilets, and mirrors
• Cleaning of locker rooms and other work areas as assigned
• Sweeping floors and stairways and scrubbing of floors as needed
• Transporting trash and waste to disposal area
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Sweep and pickup trash at parking lots and entrances or as specified by contract
• Maintain custodial equipment and supplies to ensure economical use thereof
• Other duties as assigned
