About The Position
CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly at the FBI Quantico, VA location. This role is ideal for individuals eligible for the AbilityOne Program, which offers employment opportunities and services to adults with disabilities. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure confidence and competence in the role. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with two shift options: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
Responsibilities
- Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan for the day.
- Gather cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Take out the trash and replace bags.
- Clean restrooms and refill supplies.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, doors, and other surfaces.
- Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
- Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
- Conduct a final walk-through to ensure cleanliness.
- Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
