About The Position

CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals eligible for the AbilityOne Program, a federal initiative offering employment opportunities and services to adults with disabilities. We provide comprehensive training, ensuring you feel confident in your role. The position involves a nighttime shift from 7:00 PM to 12:30 AM at Fort Hood, Texas. As a Janitor/Custodian, you will collaborate with your supervisor and teammates on daily cleaning plans, manage cleaning supplies, and execute a variety of cleaning tasks in assigned areas. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, dusting, and window wiping. A final walkthrough ensures all areas are clean and neat before returning supplies and concluding the shift.

Responsibilities

Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan and daily tasks.
Gather and load cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Take out the trash and replace bags.
Clean restrooms and refill supplies.
Wipe down tables, chairs, doors, and other surfaces.
Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure cleanliness.
Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
