About The Position
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the facility. This role ensures that buildings, restrooms, offices, and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize the waterpark administrative office, including desks, counters, and common surfaces
- Mop office floors and maintain a clean, dry, and safe walking environment
- Vacuum all carpeted areas within the office and designated spaces
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect the public women’s, men’s, and family restrooms
- Replenish restroom supplies including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Clean, disinfect, and deodorize toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and partitions
- Empty trash and sanitary receptacles in office and restroom areas
- Clean all interior windows and glass doors, ensuring they are streak-free
- Spot-clean walls, doors, and high-touch areas
- Monitor and report any maintenance or plumbing issues
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
