Requirements

Able to lift/move/maneuver up to 40 pounds
Reside within reasonable commuting distance
Able to effectively use industrial equipment such as floor buffers and industrial floor washers.
Able to work between 8 to 10 hours per day in extreme weather conditions, on your feet, standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching
Be willing to work overtime and weekends if needed, and possible shift rotation if needed
Ability to speak, read and write in English well enough to complete assignments, and communicate with supervisor and employees
Knowledge and/or experience necessary to ensure proper use of all equipment and supplies
Professional appearance and demeanor
Stable employment history
Be able to pass background screening
Have a Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Responsibilities

Clean assigned areas within the Corporate and off-site offices, warehouse, and outside facilities
Carry cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts or by hand as needed
Mix water and detergents or other in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications, and follow directions for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to furniture and/or fixtures
Cleaning duties include, but are not limited to, laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, polishing furniture, and fixtures, cleaning windows and mirrors, dusting, scouring bathrooms, making beds and replacing other cleaned linens and trash removal
Other related tasks as assigned by manager
