About The Position

Provides custodial services to Melaleuca's Global Headquarters. This role involves maintaining a clean and orderly environment throughout the facility, ensuring it is always in a 'Tour Ready' condition. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm, offering a healthy work-life balance in a clean, indoor, climate-controlled environment.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning / custodial experience is preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Walking, stretching, and lifting for the duration of the shift
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Vacuums carpeted floors and floor mats by using an industrial vacuum
• Sweeps, mops and dusts all areas of the building.
• Ensures that all trash is removed from the building and deposits it into the receptacle.
• Cleans all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant.
• Cleans lunchroom by sweeping floors, disinfecting the lunchroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc.
• Cleans windows inside of the facility.
• Cleans offices including desks, chairs, carpet and chair mats.
• Cleans lobby area including the mezzanine and observatory windows.
• Ensures that the building is “Tour Ready” condition at all times.
• Performs duties of position in the work area as needed or other tasks as assigned
