To learn more, visit highlandssports.com. POSITION SUMMARY We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Custodian. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Custodian will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of the office paces, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay.
Requirements
- 2+ years janitorial experience
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts and long hours
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Capacity to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed
- Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Remove garbage and recycling daily
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped
