About The Position

The custodian assists the maintenance supervisor by performing assigned maintenance duties. All positions require pre-employment drug screening and background checks. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
- Basic computer skills required.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer one year’s experience providing custodial and maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Regularly sweeps, mops, dust, and vacuums residential units, administration offices, hallways, stairs, offices, and restrooms. This includes conference rooms and break rooms.
- Cleans snow and debris from sidewalks; mows lawns, trims hedges, remove weeds, rakes, and disposes of leaves, etc.
- Performs minor and routine painting and other needed maintenance.
- Helps in remodeling all facilities.
- Notify the supervisor of needed repairs/replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
- Coordinates with supervisor supply ordering and restocking.
