About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Custodian to work on-site and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility for employees, visitors, and tenants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of keeping a workplace running smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of custodial, janitorial, or facilities experience
• Valid Colorado driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good communication skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the building
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Stock break rooms and common areas
• Sweep and maintain outdoor areas and shipping docks
• Assist with pallet disposal and dumpster management
• Restock office and copy room supplies
• Complete facilities help desk requests
• Perform basic safety inspections
